What does it actually cost?
It depends on the number of chargers, hardware specification and any civils or grid work required. We offer CapEx, OpEx and fully funded models — so there's an option whether you want to buy outright, spread the cost or invest nothing upfront. We'll provide a clear, itemised proposal after your site assessment.
Do we need to upgrade our electrical supply?
Not always but we recommend it as many sites do not have sufficient capacity for the initial phase of charging. We assess your existing electrical infrastructure as part of our site survey and will tell you upfront if an upgrade is needed, what it involves and how it affects your timeline and cost.
Can we charge employees or visitors for usage?
Yes. We can configure your chargers with billing and payment functionality so you recover energy costs automatically — from employees, guests or members of the public. You set the rate. We handle the technology.
Do we need to commit to a long-term contract?
That depends on the commercial model you choose. CapEx installations have no ongoing contract requirement beyond your chosen support package. Revenue share and fully funded models typically involve a longer-term agreement, which we'll always be transparent about upfront.
